* Pleaseretain and submit the deposit slip to our office as proof of payment.

* If payment is by cheque, the receipt issued to you accepting the cheque becomes valid only after the cheque has been realised.

* The realization of the issued cheque is the payment date.

Please note that if your child has missed classes, you are expected to not think that the payment is due only after the missed class or classes are covered, since under no circumstances will we be doing missed classes.

If your child misses a class or classes, we are not responsible, since the teacher or lecturer has to be paid for the time he or she visits to teach. If the teacher or lecturer happens to miss a class, as an organization, we will ensure that the relevant class will be done for your child, on another day according to the circumstances.

Please note that if your child’s respective class fee is not paid on time, automatically the next day, his or her course of study is terminated for that particular subject. This is done in order to allocate room for a committed and deserving student.

Termination of your child’s course of study will be your sole responsibility as parents of your child, for which we are not resposible.

Please understand that all these conditions are laid before you to ensure a fair and equal opportunity is given to all candidates studying with me.
